As an HR Specialist for Real Estate, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales teams, and construction experts, to build a workforce that aligns with Vakkayil Ventures’ vision of delivering exceptional property development and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support real estate projects in Kerala.
  • Recruit and onboard talent for roles in residential and commercial construction.

  • Monitor progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain transparent documentation for Vakkayil Ventures careers and project success.
